Video COMMENTS:
zamelonge: Great vids, wondering if PA can go a open there own practices like NP.
IPHLO,LLC w/Dr.O the PA Pro: zamelonge Thanks for watching! And, thanks for your question! Yes, Physician Assistants are able to open their own medical practices. However, they DO have to hire an MD or DO who is willing to act as their Supervisor. As strange as this may sound, I know a few PAs who have successfully done this.
zamelonge: IPHLO,LLC w/Dr.O the PA Pro, thanks for your relpy. But why is it NP can there own practice without the supervision of a MD. Also you think PA's will get more prescribing powers in future.
Destany: Well done interview!
IPHLO,LLC w/Dr.O the PA Pro: Destany Thanks!
