All purchased in Canada, and all were brand new. This is a company the makes disposable appliances, and does not stand behind its product lines..
Appliances suck: do not listen to Consumer Reports do not listen to your salesperson you want to know the truth about appliances call your local Service Company and talk to them. but they probably won't tell you the truth because they're so scared of losing their franchises that they are literally forced to defend something they truly don't care about all because of their stupid jobs. that's where I come in that's why I'm doing what I do. right now the worst appliances on the market is Samsung and whirlpool.
